today I failed as an adult and stayed in bed all morning. now I only have time to eat and take a shower before going to work. I was supposed to go back to the gym today, after 4 weeks of stress, anxiety and the flu. I am better now and I'll try again tomorrow (I have therapy tomorrow and will have to confess my failures, sigh...).
