@Lu@octodon.social they shouldn't even be here, in the first place, so they have been harming my whole dental structure for almost 2 decades by occupying space I don't have in my mouth and putting physical pressure on all my other teeth, leading to a periodontitis, gum loss and, at this point in my life, starting to kill their immediate neighbouring molars through perforation and cavities. so they all have to go and I'll need to wear braces afterwards otherwise I'll never recover from the damage they caused. it's a doozy!
