I just endured an unsolicited 30min lecture about investing, cryptocurrencies and why everyone should do it by one of my flatmates, who just lost 500€ on crypto and already does not have a cent of this month's salary, and then offered to "teach me" if I want to, with knowledge "that costs 400€ from professional coaches". ​

I just paid the best of attentions (so he doesn't feel bad) and tried to ask conclusive questions so the torture would finish, but in the end I had to pull the "I am busy and need to go back to what I was doing" card for him to take the hint. ​

what I took from this: cryptocurrencies are a fucking scam, capitalism is a Ponzi scheme, a person who earns 800€ a month and does that shit is delusional.
