it's amazing to me how in Antonio da Silva's (the famous "alternative" porn director from Portugal) films, he presents and constructs a world where there is absolutely no fat or fem people and EVERYONE has huge penises, not even average ones, only big dicks.

a great example is SPUNK (2015) where he credits 65 performers and absolutely all of them are slim or muscular, masculine and have big dicks. 65 standardized people is not casuality: it's an intentional choice.

and, of course, he's not the only porn maker who does that. and don't even get me started on porn/erotic queer illustrators/designers...
