Black Friday shopping, new tablet, ebooks

so I ended up doing some shopping. got myself a couple of sex toys and a new Lenovo M10 Plus 3rd Gen Android tablet. that means that I am back on , yay! I chose as my app on the tablet and on the PC the management of library and metadata is made with . they integrate beautifully via WiFi and KOReader even has a @wallabag plugin, although I wasn't able to make it work, sadly.

I am still waiting to get my RPi so I can spin my own @bookwyrm instance, tho.

I chose a tablet instead of an eReader because I wanted to get more for my buck. I want a tablet to read, to watch and to game, mainly, and also to experiment with music-making software at some point.

any tips and suggestions on those fronts are welcome, my peeps! always preferred

I'm out of the warranty period on my 9S, so I'm thinking is time! I've been reading and I'm gonna try @e_mydata /e/OS first, to take another step into de-Googling my life and towards a bigger use of . (but not today, because I'm getting surgery to remove my bottom wisdom teeth, yay.)

so what say you, fedizens? any experience with on a device like mine or any device?

do you have any FOSS (or just free, considering the context) PDF readers and/or editors to recommend for Windows? I used SumatraPDF for years but it became too shitty, so I need an alternative.
